"This is Not a Show" is the R.E.M. "rockumentary" that features the band performing live over 5 nights back in 2007 at the Olympia Theater in Dublin.

The intent of this was to put on a live rehearsal and debut some songs created for the release of 2008's "Accelerate." The film features onstage and backstage footage, and a set list that includes some of their earliest material (like So. Central Rain!).

For those of you that hold that 'spesh place in your heart for R.E.M., this is the meet-up for you! Or simply come and enjoy the sights and sounds of Chicago's newest music venue!

Meet-up location and time: Lincoln Hall, 6:30 p.m.
**The doors that lead to the stage should open at 6. You will find us on the main floor, at the bar located to the right of the stage!**
The film begins at 7:00.
