The Most Serene Republic @ Schubas
The Most Serene Republic is an indie pop band on that Canadian Arts & Crafts label I’ve come to love for bands like Broken Social Scene, Phoenix, Los Campesinos, and the opening band for this particular show, Still Life Still. Check out Most Serene Republic and Still Life Still and buy tix here. We’ll meet at the bar, as opposed to the venue itself, at Schubas at 9 p.m. If you don’t see us initially, walk a little closer to your fellow patrons to see if one of them might be holding a sign. Sometimes we end up by the women’s restroom because it’s hard for a group of people to stand anywhere else (not because we’re creepy).

GeoffOrganizerThey were both fun bands I want to check out further now and I'm glad I went. Kim picks another winner. It's hard to go wrong at Schubas it seems, its such an accessible comfortable venue with a nice sound and stage atmosphere.
