The CHIRP record fair is a great place to fill out your vinyl collection and will also include CDs, DVDs, posters, crafts, artwork, beer and other refreshments. If you’ve never been to Plumber’s Hall before, go upstairs and head up to the balcony where you will find us chillin’-- if you drive, there's lots of free parking!

This is a good way to support CHIRP (the Chicago Independent Radio Project) with their fundraising campaign (www.chirpradio.org/yearone campaign running through April 12) and their new radio station now streaming at www.chirpradio.org. They are playing an eclectic mix of all kinds of genres, with an emphasis on underexposed music like indie rock! If you're missing WOXY, this is a site to check out for sure!

Also, thanks to CHIRP's generosity, CIRF (that’s us!) will have a booth so we can promote our group inside the hall the whole weekend so feel free to stop by and talk to whoever is hanging out.

If you can’t make the meetup, the event does run from 10 am to 5 pm Saturday (opens at 8 am for $25 collector admission) and Sunday, so please make an effort to go no matter what.
