Introduction

Hey, Into all kinds of music but like the non commercial stuff the best. Noise, punk, hardcore, prog, neo soul, electronic, cow punk. If wallmart won't sell it, I'll check it out.

What are you listening to lately?

Jon Langford/Skull Orchard, Pretty Lights, Low, The Streets, GBV,Alkaline Trio, Deadmau5, Wilco, Flaming Lips, Black Lips, Mumford & sons, Lightning Bolt, Fucked Up. Plus cool/weird 70's, 80's, 90's stuff. I'm all over the place musically.

Googled, Flaming Lips Chicago. I'm also in other Meet Up Groups( Deadhead/Jambands)

true enough. but, really, who is more genuinely angsty than a 15 year old? once they grow up their problems really just consist of fulfilling their record contract so that they can afford their smack habit, ha! anyway, another band you might check out, though it was still fronted by a kid, is vox jaguars. they have since broke up, but they have a song called "swagger," which is not to be missed! oh, hey, are you already diggin' on bass drum of death, too? ...some good, dirty rock...

just wanted to pass along a new band that i'm pretty sure wal-mart doesn't carry that you might dig, heh. it's a new band fronted by a kid i'm pretty sure is only 15. you wouldn't know it from his voice, though. the band is called postwar quartet. hope you dig 'em:
