  • :) luckily, no cranes' cds were harmed in my rocking out this morning...just an expression. Are you into chapterhouse at all? I'll check out devastations when I get home. Saw that they opened for nin some time ago. I guess that tells me something. Yah, i was curious about craft spells. I dig the new "chillwave" stuff that's out there. I'll make you a list of some other bands that you may dig. If I can make it to the Meetup on Friday, ill pass along a 10-track comp, too! Fun!

  • Did you make it to the show? I was on the brink of going, but i was facing the same need for a rock star nap, which didn't happen. I'm still kinda recovering from staying up Monday to see bass drum of death, who didn't go on until midnight! In other news, I broke out the cranes album Forever, and rocked out to that on the way to work this morning. Wow...it's been a while since I played that! Sun and Sky still gets me so pumped!

  • Ha! I think I just found my new indie rock best friend! I'm hip to all those bands, save 8, 14, 21, 23, 44, 49, 62, 69, 73, and 89. I gave to admit that it was exciting see the mercury program and sdre on your list! Did you know that beach fossils is/are playing tonight? I actually flew out to Brooklyn just to see them last year! Good stuff...
